💥No governance? No decision. Just vibes.
Landscape of decision-making has changed with LLMs and AI Agents. Buzzwords such as ContextGraph are floating around as the next revolution, but it's VC-based, hyped with massive, flawed design. Everyone's obsessed with making decisions using AI.
But if you can't show rationale, what data, what rules, the circumstances and no one owns it then it is not safe. You are just guessing quicker.
Decision Governance isn't paperwork.
It's the difference between:
✅ “We all understand what, how and why this happened.”
❌ “Uhh… that's how the system works.”
Want to scale decisions across teams, channels, AI agents?
Start with:
🔹Clear roles and responsibilities
🔹Separate the “what” from “how” of decisions
🔹Transparent, auditable and defensible outcomes
And no, burying it in code or low-code or AI Agents for productivity doesn't count.
Govern it. Or clean up the mess later.
